## Article 1 — Purpose

These T&Cs govern the sales of products made on the monrobinet.com website between Esteban Mollard ("the Seller") and any person making a purchase ("the Customer"). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

## Article 2 — Products

The products offered for sale are presented on the website with their essential characteristics. The Seller endeavors to present the products with the greatest accuracy, subject to typographical errors.

## Article 3 — Price

Prices are indicated in euros. As it is a micro-enterprise with a VAT exemption, the prices displayed do not include VAT (mention "VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI"). Delivery costs are indicated before the final validation of the order.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order validation.

## Article 4 — Order

The Customer selects the desired products, adds them to their basket, then validates their order after checking the content and the total price. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.

A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after validation and payment of the order.

## Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of order, via the secure payment methods offered on the website (credit card and other means available via Shopify Payments). The order is definitively validated only after payment confirmation.

## Article 6 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.

- **Delivery zone:** France
- **Estimated delivery time:** 3 to 10 days
- **Delivery costs:** indicated before order validation

In case of significant delivery delay, the Customer can contact the Seller at monrobinet26@gmail.com.

## Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of **14 days** from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to the Seller by email (monrobinet26@gmail.com) before the deadline. The product must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging if possible, within 14 days of notification.

Reimbursement is made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method as that used during the purchase.

**Exceptions:** the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

## Article 8 — Legal guarantees

All products sold on monrobinet.com benefit from:

- the **legal guarantee of conformity** (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code);
- the **guarantee against hidden defects** (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In case of non-conformity or hidden defect, the Customer may contact the Seller to obtain repair, replacement or reimbursement, according to the conditions provided by law.

## Article 9 — Withdrawal, return and reimbursement

Return costs are at the Customer's expense, except in case of Seller error (defective product or not conforming to the order), in which case they are covered by the Seller.

## Article 10 — Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products by the Customer, nor for delays or non-performance due to a case of force majeure.

## Article 11 — Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, the Customer can contact the Seller at monrobinet26@gmail.com. Failing an amicable resolution, the Customer can freely resort to a consumer mediator:

## Article 12 — Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent French courts will be seized.
